Jim Kerr and Dining Room is back: Dining room has now launched in Bath Street.

Formerly Manna, the restaurant has now taken on a new personality with this well accomplished chef who has worked in establishments such as Nairns, Rogano, One Devonshire Gardens and most recently celebrity hotel and spa Mar Hall.

Jim has maintained his signature Scottish menu with Asian influences but still surprises diners with his innovative twists. Signature dishes are Special sashimi of Seabass and halibut with Yuzu, Shallot marmalade and feta tart, Roast hake with lyonnaise potatoes, creamed peas and pancetta, Breast of guinea fowl with leeks, grapes and vermouth cream, Bitter chocolate and peanut butter tart with crème fraiche, Rhubarb mousse brulee.
